Creative Professional Development Sessions

Our professional learning programmes provide opportunities for teachers of all year levels to engage with art, connect with colleagues, generate cross-curriculum links and develop practical ideas and strategies to enhance their teaching and learning.

‘Away-day’ group teacher CPD

Looking to generate creative ideas and inspire teaching and learning practice with your colleagues at school or within your Academy Trust? We can help tailor a group CPD session using Kettle’s Yard as your classroom: explore the house, or exhibition themes and ideas and create in an artist-run workshop.

Sessions can be tailored for the following learning outcomes:

  • Inspiration for creative writing
  • Art and nature
  • Art and identity
  • Sculpture
  • Contemporary art

If there is learning outcome not listed you would like to explore, discuss your needs with us: schoolbookings@kettlesyard.cam.ac.uk

Sessions are 10am – 12.30pm and include light refreshments.
Sessions are £300 for up to 12 people.

Artsmark Support

Our visits, artist-led workshops and teacher resources can support Artsmark schools and academies in their schemes of work, curriculum designs and extra-curricular offers.
